One man died and three other people remained missing Wednesday after a 49-foot cabin cruiser carrying 20 adults capsized in rough seas near Alcatraz.
James Kim, 37, said he witnessed and photographed the cabin cruiser sinking and rescue efforts from about 3:30-4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
