Federal health officials have told people to avoid lettuce from Taco Bell restaurants in five states: Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia.
Taylor Fresh Foods said Friday it was voluntarily removing all iceberg lettuce sourced from central Mexico from the U.S.
